Customization is what we do best. Although we do make hoses in predetermined lengths as stock assemblies, there is so much more to what we do. Often, we work directly with our customers to design hose assemblies to their exact need and specifications.
We also design component systems to work together, these can include piping, hose, fittings, adapters, as well as valving and other components to make connections and control how a system operates. We have decades of experience in fabrication and designing component systems in some of the tightest tolerances and most exacting industrial, aeronautic, and pharmaceutical industries to name a few.
CUSTOM AIR TOOL SETUP
During a routine walk-through with one of our existing customers, an engineer mentioned that he was getting complaints about the weight of tools and the awkwardness when using them at this bench. After their meeting, our Senior Application Specialist went to work developing a custom Festooning system with coil hoses, tool balancer (to assist operator with lifting the heavy tools) and CEJN high performance quick disconnects for air tools.
Once he showed the engineer the drawings and explained how it would work, he couldn’t say “Yes!” fast enough!
This is just one example of what we can do for our customers. It is simply a matter of listening, knowing what questions to ask, and understanding the wide array of “tools” at our disposal!
