Medium pressure smooth bore Fluoropolymer (PTFE) hose (3000 PSI) features an inner core of PTFE hose reinforced by an outer layer of stainless steel wire braid for strength and protection. This flexible water hose is widely used for a wide spectrum of applications including demanding compressed gas and industrial applications. The low-friction surface of smooth bore hose provides for high flow rates and these hoses are easily drained and/or cleaned. Our custom, precisely machined fittings will result in a truly reliable hose assembly for all of your demanding applications.

EATON EVERFLEX® SMOOTH BORE

Eaton Everflex® smooth bore Fluoropolymer (PTFE) hose (3000 PSI) is ideal for use in applications where high and low temperature, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, flexibility, and non-aging characteristics are required. Everflex® hose made from PTFE resin has excellent temperature characteristics. It works well in high ambient, fluid or gas media temperatures (+450ºF). It works equally well in cryogenic applications (-65ºF).

Everflex hose has a broad range of chemical resistance. It is inert to most commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, elastomers, petroleum compounds, solvents, vinyl’s, synthetic lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. Eaton. Fluoropolymer resin for use in truck, chemical, hot melt, paper and pulp, hot presses, steam, packaging, paint, machinery and many other demanding applications. 304 Stainless is the baseline braid material for most Everflex® hoses.

AFLEX HYPERLINE FX SMOOTH BORE

Hyperline FX hose is much more flexible than smooth bore hose, due to the patented design of the PTFE liner, and therefore represents a better alternative in applications where improved flexibility is required. Particularly applicable for the tight configurations increasingly necessary in automotive hose and aerospace hose applications, where space requirements are limited. Stainless steel or polyaramid fiber braided, with plastic or rubber covers as additional options.
